Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your luxury rose delivery.
How are your roses sourced and shipped?
Our roses are sourced directly from premier boutique farms in South America. By cutting out the middleman, we ship your flowers from the farm directly to your doorstep, ensuring maximum freshness and a longer vase life.
What should I do once my roses arrive?
To ensure longevity, trim at least one inch off the stems at a 45-degree angle and place them in room temperature water with the provided floral food. Remove any leaves that fall below the water line to prevent bacteria growth.
How long will my roses typically last?
Because our roses are farm-fresh, they typically last between 7 to 12 days, depending on the variety and the level of care provided.
Can I schedule a specific delivery date?
Yes, during the checkout process, you can select your preferred delivery date from our calendar. We recommend choosing a date 1-2 days before a special event to allow the blooms time to fully open.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your roses arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with a photo for a replacement or store credit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Rose Farmers ships to all residential and business addresses within the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations at this time.
